After Martijn returned from Europe exactly one week ago, the TOTOCO management team has doubled again and is expecting the return of Roslyn in the second week of June.
Work on the road has progressed at a very impressive rate and we are now within meters of the entrance to the property. We plan to have access up to the plant nursery within 2 weeks in order to easily accept the delivery of 600 tree and plants in early June.
The legalisation process is still on stand-by while we wait for the remaining document fromn the Ministerio de Trabajo. The cooperative did meet earlier this week and have officially agreed to sign the Promise to Sell contract which was drafted a few months ago. Before we proceed with this however, we are seeking an english speaking lawyer with experience in Cooperative land deals in order to investigate the possibility of adding the clauses agreed upon during the shareholder meeting.
