A Long Time Coming

Work continued throughout this past weekend in order to make our first Lodge ready for receiving guests and at last we can announce that this Tuesday we have our Lodge booked for 2 nights with our first guests! Further down in this BLOG there are various fotos showing some of the final touches but I also want to highlight the continuing work on the main lodge which should have a completed roof by mid-January. Once this roof is completed we will begin to furnish the temporary dormitory and the restaurant. Tiling of the bathroom has begun in the second Lodge where the wooden veranda has turned out very nicely. In the third picture you can see the birds-eye view with the completed roof of the first nature cabana in the foreground. Finishing on this cabana will be undertaken at the same time as the finishing of Lodge #2. Using the available fotos of Lodge #1 and selected fotos from elsewhere on the property we will be creating our first promotional material in order to keep our first Lodge as occupied as possible.
