We got it!
Just when we were all beginning to think it would never come, the final outstanding document, 'the authorisation to sell from the Ministry of Labour', has been issued. Sure, it took three versions to get it right but that is part of the charm and challenges associated with doing business in Nicaragua.
By having this document in our hands we are now able to proceed with the final purchase. It is believed this will take place within the next 3 weeks following the finalization of the route our road will take to the top platform. Access is a subject of great importance when purchasing any property and as such we want to ensure this access route is part of the final Purchase Deed.
Needless to say we are raring to go on construction and look forward to sending you progress reports over the coming months. The turtle is flying!
