Focus on Top

With vehicle access to the property still impeded by the ongoing conflict between the Cooperative and a group of former members, certain construction projects are still on hold. Luckily for us there is no shortage of work that can be done without heavy materials from off the property.

Work on the final section of the road continues as does construction of the roof structures for both the workshop and the storage building. Furthermore, the extensive task of designing the all-important top platform of the property has now commenced. All the most important structures within the project will be located at the top and deciding exactly where the road, parking, reception, water tanks, restaurant, pool, bar, lounge, cabins, walking paths, etc., etc., etc. will be positioned is crucial in dictating the specific planting design of trees and ornamentals.
